Shipping/Returns

***Due to rising health concerns of local and national couriers, at their discretion they will be leaving packages with receptionists, will not be delivering to hospitals, doctors offices, or medical buildings. Please provide phone number for recipient.
Deliveries may be delayed, couriers may be substituted and chocolate items may be substituted. We are at the mercy of our couriers for deliveries. Deliveries may be delayed but once an item leaves our facility we are no longer in control of the item and conditions that the couriers handle them in.

Within the Greater Toronto Area

Delivery charges are $12.00 for Toronto City Core*.

GTA** charges are $15.00

Delivery will be made by either UPS, Purolator or local delivery courier.

Local Pickup

When choosing local pickup. You will receive a confirmation email informing you when your products are ready for pickup.

Please bring a piece of ID when coming to pick up your purchase.

Outside the Greater Toronto Area

A delivery fee will apply for all orders outside of the GTA.

ONTARIO flat fee $30.00

Outside of Ontario

Product will be shipped Purolator, UPS or Canada Post, regular shipping charges will apply. Fragile items (may not be able to be shipped)

 

RETURNS/WRONG ADDRESSES

We do not accept returns. 

It is the responsibility of the Customer to provide the correct address to The Chocolate Messenger. If addresses are incorrect or missing information redelivery can occur for an additional delivery fee.
